Brooke: I have always felt strongly about investing in real estate - even when I bought my first home in 2004. Buying homes in key locations and adding value through renovations has not only been a fun and creative process for me but has been an avenue to build personal wealth from a young age. I can walk into homes and see potential where others may not and I’ve used that to my advantage for not only myself, but for my clients, as well.
Heather: For me, all began in the early 2000s… at the time, my late husband was a working for a prominent developer in Las Vegas and I was working at an advertising agency. I became fascinated with the rapid growth and the number of developments that were being planned on and off the Strip. The design and landscape of the valley was changing, and I wanted to be a part of it. We ultimately opened a boutique brokerage and investment company. I then got to utilize my passion and experience in marketing and interior design. whether clients were looking to build, renovate or invest.
While we have helped people buy and sell homes in all over the Las Vegas Valley, Henderson is our home and we love sharing this amazing community with others. We are drawn to communities like MacDonald Highlands and Ascaya as the homes have incredible modern architecture and design….and the views of the Las Vegas Strip are like no other!! We also have done a fair amount of work in the Summerlin area and have an exciting project coming up there, as well.
We have seen a shift in the luxury real estate sector. In the past it was all about the glitz and glam. Now people want incredible views, gorgeous and timeless finishes - but, more than ever, people are craving connection. The true meaning of luxury is shifting from material things to meaningful moments and the spaces in which they exist. The luxury market is trending towards thoughtful spaces, understated beauty and quality time with the people that matter the most.
Real estate is cyclical, and you must embrace change, no matter the market. There is always an opportunity and being able to see it and adapt is key.

One of most fulfilling projects for us was completing a luxury flip at the end of last year. Not only was it a fun and creative process for us - it also garnered the highest price per square foot sale in Ascaya…in the history of the community! We are proud of that!
Our investor client was looking for an opportunity in the Las Vegas market and when we saw this home, we knew it was perfect for a high-end flip. It sat on an oversized A+ lot, with unobstructed views of the Strip from nearly every room and a functional and open floorplan. Unfortunately, the finishes that were originally chosen were very specific and didn’t appeal to the masses. We talked through our renovation vision with our client of what “could be” and with some thoughtful changes to the interior, the outcome was incredible. We brought to the market a fresh take on luxury renovating and staging with a warm, modern and organic design.
Heather was born and raised in Las Vegas and been buying and selling real estate since 2006.
Brooke started out in commercial real estate nearly 20 years ago and eventually transitioned into the residential side, which has always been her passion.
